Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. We realize that there may be times when a product you order from us may not meet your expectations, may not fit, or you may simply change your mind. In these cases, the merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Any merchandise returned must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned products. To avoid shipping charges, merchandise may be returned to our store for exchange or refund at 8767 East Avenue, Mentor, Ohio, 44060. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store with your merchandise.

Custom and Installed Sleeves
Custom sleeves and installed cylinder sleeves may not be returned. We are not responsible for any damage to your cylinder or any lost parts. Before sending us your cylinder, be sure to remove power valves, studs or bolts, manifolds etc. or you may be subject to an upcharge. Please package the items in your box safely and securely. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused during transit either. Be sure to include a note telling us what you would like done to your cylinder as well as the make, model, and year of the cylinder.
Parts
Advanced Sleeve does not offer a guarantee or warranty to any service or parts that are not manufactures or performed by Advanced Sleeve. The only warranty or guarantee that may exist for this is a warranty or guarantee from the parts manufacturer or the company that performs the service. This includes pistons, gaskets, OEM parts, and cams. Please contact the specific manufacturer for any warranty information or claim.
